About Regenera

A development office for interdependent physical systems.

Regenera operates upstream of execution and capital deployment, building the development architecture that sponsors, specialists and capital partners rely on to reach a credible decision.

Why Regenera

Complex projects fail at the interfaces.

Between site and infrastructure. Concept and delivery. Sponsor and counterparty. Capital requirement and supporting evidence.

Experience spans finance, investment, sustainable real estate development, renewable energy and infrastructure, with work across project origination, capital formation, institutional investor engagement, development strategy, ESG, EPC coordination and cross-border business development.

Across large-scale development and investment mandates, a consistent gap emerged between how capital, land, infrastructure and ecological systems were evaluated and how closely they ultimately affect one another. That gap became the basis for Regenera.

His professional work has involved developers, private equity and investment groups, family offices, institutional investors, engineering and EPC partners, technology providers, landowners and public sector stakeholders. He has worked across utility-scale energy, infrastructure, real estate and land-based projects, coordinating across finance, development, technical partners and project execution.

His regenerative perspective is grounded in formal study as well as applied work. His academic background includes regenerative organic agriculture, with additional study in integrative health, living systems and ecological design. This brings a deeper understanding of land, soil, food, health and ecological systems into a career developed across capital, infrastructure and real assets.

Regenera brings those disciplines together around the development of projects that are financially viable, technically grounded and better integrated with the places and systems in which they operate.

Operating principles

How the office works.

Begin with conditions

The land, resource, infrastructure and institutional context precede the narrative.

Define the decision

Every mandate is organized around the decision, evidence and authority required next.

Keep responsibility explicit

Specialists retain their professional scope. Regenera holds the interfaces and development logic.

Align capital to stage

The structure and investor universe follow the project's use of proceeds, readiness and risk.

Specialist network

Access built through the work itself.

Engaging Regenera means engaging the network assembled across energy, infrastructure, land and resource projects worldwide: EPC contractors, financial institutions, technical specialists and institutional capital. Named advisers, firms and counterparties are presented where roles are formalized and disclosure is authorized.

Technical & delivery

Engineering, EPC, technology, infrastructure, operations and commissioning.

Land & living systems

Ecology, water, agriculture, planning, architecture and community disciplines.

Institutional & capital

Legal, financial, diligence, public-sector and strategic-capital counterparties.

Regional execution

Local professionals engaged where permitting, regulation, land rights and stakeholder context require them.
